And the SEC is starting to come down on predatory lenders.
IMO, the traditional OTC lenders that will survive the coming purge are the ones that actually find those "diamonds in the rough" and provide reasonable financing on equitable terms and reasonable to the risk the lenders are taking.
IMO the financing that PCTL received is a good example of this and may be the start of a new trend in the OTC...maybe....
