Joe and Generex couldn’t wait. They met a judgement deadline with Discover. But Joe gave Discover nothing in shares, as he’s publicly talked about. That dilution would’ve been far worse. Discover only got the face value in cash. The 8% is a small price to pay. I asked Joe because it’s hard to understand and he also reminded that “the eloc with oasis where the money payback comes from is up to the minute so they get payed back off the 8 percent selling of shares, stock price goes up, we get more and dilution is less.”
