Check the dates. Even tho the 8k came out after, this was done before the court payoff. So presumably they needed it for that purpose.
Less than 2% dilution, and the shares won’t hit the market any time soon, so they can’t dribble the price down on us.
It sticks, but it’s certainly light years better than the Discover deal.
With any level of success, this will be inconsequential going forward, IMO.
