The claim that NeuroRx "notified the FDA" that the mortality trend should require 60 day data, and that the FDA responded as such, and is now "requiring" 60 day data, is not only unfounded its ridiculous.
The FDA is not going to blindside any company by forcing them to change their trial protocol after the trial is completed. Nice try.
