Some possible positive news/DD may have come across.....
So I always do DD on other stocks and UNVC throughout the day. This pertains to UNVC so follow me. I came across a stock called LTNC on twitter. I started to do some DD about it and I came across this article about the stock. A few things in the article stood out to me. They filed the same form that doc filed to go Dark and they got permission from SEC to use twitter as form of communication with shareholders because they were dark.

Doc created his twitter account June 2019. Let me preface this statement by saying THIS IS SPECULATION based on where the facts lead me. But the point I am trying to get to is, it seems to me Doc has been in or had consistent communication with SEC since around that time till now. Yes I am aware he has had communication with other shareholders before the twitter account was made in 2019 on linkedin.
