FDA special requested the data, this is not normally done. The asked for the raw data for one main reason shave time off the normal turn around time so that the results could be analyzed while report worked on and once submitted pretty much give an immediate EUA. I highly doubt that there will be any delay once the 2 weeks or so is done I think the FDA actually does their job this time. If they had no interest in speeding things up let CYDY sit on the data for 2 months than send report but that’s not happening here and we bonus out with yesterday’s very positive PR that OLE is going on still and EIND’s with FDA having our cd-12 results. They know right now if it showed a good mortality reduction all the fancy data tables and top line reports do is let them know which patients would be benefit the most or maybe identify when it’s to late to try and save someone given the limited supply. I believe distribution, pricing, possible partnerships, and allotment of supply to the 3-4 countries is what is expected to take 2-3 weeks I would think that US will have a big allotment on the ground in the US within the next week or 2 ready to go with a distribution plan before announcement of EUA. The FDA are learning from past mistakes and I think that’s what’s going on here. Price driven down by 1 main reason shorting. The price would have rose if you take shorting out of the equation but once the EUA hits the media all taht and than a lot more of the SP will be regained and take us to promise land.
