Innova said their capacity is sold even though they continue to ramp up production to 50 million units a day. They don’t need US sales. Although I’m sure they’ll take the sales.
I think I read the other day that they were at 15 million per day at the US manufacturing plant in CA.
Additionally, there’s a little hurdle called the FDA that hasn’t approved the test for use in the US. There’s been some serious lobbying and consumer education campaigns underway for the last week or two. Hopefully the FDA acts soon.
