I thought the DSMB recommendation for 42 day data at 75% was an important signal to pay attention to - who else sees the data and knows the process?? Then seeing how SOC evolved (not knowing for better or not), hearing about increased mortality after being released from the hospital, and then listening to Dr Javitt from Relief say the 28 day end point is an FDA anachronism all makes me think we need to be looking at 42 day data.
All that said, I don’t think the recent PR is a stall tactic for more data - they wouldn’t have said anything. As my mom told me “if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all”.
