I am 99.9% sure it was the DOC. I don't know him personally. I have worked in cyber security for a few year so duping me will not be easy. I agree with a 100% in everyone some insecurity. This easy to prove the share price should be 4 dollars + a share right now knowing that Nasdaq was a few weeks away and the share price most likely be higher. We are in a penny stock so many thing can go or right. The consensus of that risk is 8 cents currently. I agree with you and most people do nothing is 100% 439 million shares also agree also.
