I've wondered aloud to myself if Joe has a need for a Road Show or if he has already lined up 2-3 investors that have been hanging around since the Wainwright show waiting for the valuation to come in... and watching the vaccine news roll in as a (substantial) bonus to what they saw back then. That easily fills the capital requirements.

If the S-1s are good to go with a requested "EFFECT" date, and the IPO price is good enough to get the $5 Naz listing, I'm not sure what other holes there would be. Been a while since I looked at that listing requirement info...
