Honestly I think they are trying to buy time so they don’t look the turtles they are, with delaying announcement of positive results they can do some of The things NOW that they normally be doing a couple weeks from now. I think that these discussions are regarding EUA manufacturing and distribution they prob already have asked South Korea to get most of the current supply on the US before announcement national security reasons less foreign countries that know about it before US can act the better for US. I can’t think of any reason discussions of a debating results or bad results would warrant discussions with 3 countries and eager to provide results and data when discussions with regulators conclude. I think FDA new guidance today has shifted the way we were use to seeing other companies share data apply for EUA and than have to wait weeks. I think most of leg work going to be done upfront so FDA can give quick EUA for mortality reducing drug like Leronlimab.
