Each tick it has gone down has either been a very small trade to bring it down the tick (10,000 - 50,000 shares), or like just happened, they bring it down to .00035, 0.00045 or 0.00055. MMs are the only ones that can access those increments. Seems like shares are not trading fast enough, so they are encouraging Volume.

We'll see what happens.
