I can assure you (figure of speech, I have no inside information) that the PR was fully vetted by the legal team on Friday, and it was not some hack job written by NP. How do I know this? The way the PR was written, both what was included and what was omitted, and knowing many lawyers, this was a well thought out PR, and it was not written on a Sunday night. Just because it was short does not prevent it from being thorough or well thought out. Sometimes it is much harder to write with brevity than length. Take this post as an example.
Also, by the way, last night on YMB, I posted a prediction that there would be a PR from the company this morning at 6 am (ET). How did I know? I didn't know, but it was apparent to me that a PR was due and in order based upon the length of time from the last PR and the lack of any information and how the SP was moving. And, the fact that there was a hack article on SA that did not even mention CD-12 was another clue. Stick your ear to the ground and listen and you usually can hear the train approaching.
