Does this green light NASDAQ in any way?
My view has been that NASDAQ might wait until EUA/approval before uplisting - CYA.
My brother reminds me that NASDAQ might uplift sooner than EUA/Approval so that the big boy Institutions can go ahead a get a piece ahead of the news.
Does this PR allow for both CYA and for ‘Tutes get in before Approval? 2-3 weeks to find out...
