“CD12 COVID-19 trial data has been unblinded and the results will be reported when the Company has concluded its ongoing discussions with regulators”
“Details of the Company’s ongoing discussions with the regulatory agencies are confidential”
You don’t have confidential meetings with 3 different government health agency if your holdings bad results. You press release this info with bad results on a Monday morning. This is a huge positive development if you read the PR carefully it’s states data report wouldn’t be released until confidential discussions concluded. So they have the data they have the reports ans company can’t speak on it prob until the FDA announces EUA which could happen anytime from now until 3 weeks. Also phillipines could now lock in their supply purchase and that could be PR next also long haulers. This is all great news.
Open label CD-12 still running and EIND’s. FDA in discussions and has cd-22 data. This is a huge confirmation of positive news. I will be backing up the truck today and loading up before we hit double digits
