Agree. Everything that comes out of the FDA is nuanced. For better or for worse NP feels he has to suck up to the FDA. He constantly praises them and appreciates all of their input. If I were CEO, I would feel that I had to do the same. Most likely they will want him to release the results with conditions.
Fortunately, results will also be discussed further with the UK and Canada. They may be more liberal in their acceptance. If so, that would provide NP with some leverage. NP's message is clear. The results have been unblinded. That's it. That's all he can say. The FDA always errs on the side of caution. Not good for the share price; not necessarily bad for the science. We can try to read between between the lines, but that area has been intentionally blurred. So we wait.
