"oxidative stress" magically appears, inflammatory responses, handwaving and incoherent incantation, "standard ALS", demyelination via macrophages.
This is not only weak logic, it's lazy googling. Inflammatory response would not specifically target motor neurons, it would result in MS. Maybe that "oxidative stress" is from a build up of superoxides and misfolded proteins? Maybe immune suppressors have been tested and shown to have zero benefit? Maybe 2 more years of reading will be necessary. Or the right 15 minutes:

I'm done with this, LLMab isnt a gene therapy. ALS cannot be due to "inflammation" since any diffuse inflammation would affect neurons other than motor neurons. Localized inflammation is well established as a result of, not a cause of, the processes responsible for ALS.
LLMab can't cure everything. Unfortunately.
