Sounds good but if Les Paul desired he could file an injunction to delay the takeover! Hopefully he has been appeased? Besides Les, as mentioned on the other board a proxy vote still maybe required and certainly a group of minority shareholders could group to oppose the takeover! It does happen but often larger shareholders controlling more then 51% of the outstanding shares control the action(s) of the company. We need a straw poll of stock ownership so I will throw out my shares owned more then a million!
