In my opinion,I am looking at the "developments" on or around the filing date as being Positive events.The reason why is that the Russian trial had almost a 2 month jump on the US trial.Plenty of time for Leo to evaluate the success or failure in Russia.If not good,then why proceed with trials in the US?

Since US trials have commenced,Russian trials must be going well,right?

That's my take IMO.
