We know Innova is 51% owned by Pasaca Capital but they have other shareholders so the agreement with IMG is with their company owned shareholders. Keep in mind the shareholders have a vested agreement and certainly could take action against Pasaca were there to be a grievance among entities. Pasaca BTW consolidates all their entities into a consolidated financial statement and absorbs QTMM 0net operating loss! NOL carryforward as of 5/1/19 ($60,000,000+) Hopefully we maintain a congruent agreement combined without problems especially for QTMM!
