My post was to show its as ridiculous to think Pasaca Capital would give Innova to QMC as it is to think Squires would take "the back door" when his vision is yet to be completed.

I think IMO too much is being made of Innova having 'control' over QMC. I see the three new Pasaca board members as top-rank business brains that can help QMC move into new industries. IMO, Pasaca sees as much value in Squires as it does in what he's accomplished in QMC and QMC Healthid.
