That is correct for an IPO, Initial Public Offering. UNVC already trades and is simply an "up list" to an exchange. I am not aware of any "quite period" requirement for an up listing company. No "Direct list" option either, as that is only for private companies wanting to go public and not wanting to do an IPO thru an underwriter. The only private company capable of a Direct Listing that Doc had is HRI, and Doc told us on video tape at HGF his intent to merge HRI into the conglomerate, and I have taken his word on that already happening.

UNVC is simply an "up list" waiting to happen. On Feb.5th Doc told us he is bringing it all together. That tells me he is probably done with everything and just putting on the finishing touches and Black History Month would be perfect as UNVC will make history.
