Speculating:
I think Innova will be QMC after Pascasa buys 51%, QMC will get the whole 2 billions.
Steve will leave though the back door with the QD technology, probably with QMC HealthID Inc. have his percentage of Innova stock (QMC's) after RS dilution and pursue his dreams..
