There are actually some interesting comments by IPWatcher on iHub about certification, notified bodies and how you find out about the certification mark. THe easy answer would be to buy to the product and check the mark for the code as that would identify that they actually went through the process. Since KB was pretty emphatic that the distributor was responsible for getting certification in the areas they were going to sell into, one would think that Pedima took care of this. and they should have the document trail. I'm sure there will be a lot of people poking them over the next 48 hours and we'll find out how real this is shortly.
