Maybe BARDA will get ahead of the curve this time and give NGIO $$...even just a couple of million...to begin work on both swine flu an avian flu vaccines. I hope NGIO has taken such a request to the Feds. Or perhaps Joe will sign a contract with the Russian FDA.
