My assumption (maybe right, maybe not) is that OWS is involved at some point. Assistance to increase production but also some control of distribution.

I don’t see sales/marketing/distribution being an issue until leronlimab is approved for something beyond Covid.

All speculation, but a good approach to manage the optics/politics of a lifesaving drug with significant supply constraints.
