My thought on severe and critical are this,
I believe earlier in the trial we were slow going getting people into the trial, I think we were the drug of last resort(mostly critical), remdosen'twork was out, sucking up most of the patients, so when it failed to stop progression the trial sites turned to other options. This may have included a lot of other trial drugs and LL. When the fall surge happened the news was out, especially with covid treating physicians that Rem doesn't work. So it was a lot easier to find people willing to try an experimental drug. Also some of the trial sites that may have been seeing the reduced death rate from LL, may have started using it more. Were some in the later group more on the Severe side than the Critical, most likely. My thoughts closer to 50-50 later in the trial and 80-90% critical earlier in the trial.
