These are moot points. Once formulation is locked in, it goes to China partners. Then our PARTNERS in China take over. They have a team at the ready with a bottomless pit of money ... the GNBT/NGIO vaccine will be in peoples arms within a few weeks and approved in China in a couple months. I would guess mass vaccines available in April... anything that happens in the US is a bonus... This will be a coup for China ... and Joe
