Any thoughts on Autism? Could calming the immune system of the mother be the answer/cause to Autism? Maternal Post viral? All IMHO.

It’s beginning to occur to me that the mother’s cytokine profile might in play a part in Autism In Vitro. A simple Google search for CCR5’s role in Autism revealed some basic stuff.

Seems to me that the embryos Blood Brain Barrier is opened to the mother’s BBB. By necessity, the baby’s BBB is part of the mother’s. It’s (sorta) wide open in vitro. Anti-brain autoantibodies sound scary.

As far as the gastrointestinal issues accociated with Autism. I’m not a father, nor a scientist. But this starts to sound similar to Inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s, colitis, etc.

My question is if we can achieve CD4/CD8 balance (immuno modulation) in vitro, can baby avoid Autism.
