This is the third correction I have made to your posts today.
The HIV sales and marketing deal was made in 2019 when the stock was trading in the 30 cents range and they were raising money at 40 cents with half warrant coverage.
In addition, theY thought (wrongly) that HIV would be approved in 2020 which was not enough time to build a launch sales force and a sales and marketing and contracting and order processing capability not even considering that there were not funds available for this effort.
Given money from covid or HIV sales, a group could be built
I personally worked as a consultant at two companies who did just that so it is not easy or cheap but is possible.
