Not exactly sure how to respond but I bought warrants today so they were by definition fairly priced to me.
To price them like a pro algorithm one would have to factor in the recent volatility of the underlying security and the time until expiration. Once you know what the price "should be" then supply and demand and attendant spread come into play.
Anything more is way beyond my pay grade.
