This is why the warrant conversation is interesting as there are a lot of variables.
A.) Ratio of warrant to share price (about 3.70 to 1 now)
B.) Share price to exercise price (about 2/3 of the way there)
C.) Time to expiration (about 3 years)
Kind of at a sweet spot right now
Stock goes up a bit more, closes the gap on B and negates C. How does A change as the share price go up. When the stock is at $7, would it be 2 to 1?
I have about 5 times as many shares as warrants so I like them both
