Every CEO gets criticized in all my investments. They all get hammered when the stock goes down and are gods when it takes off.
When you can't prove your case with facts, then attack the process is what lawyers do. In our case the numbers are out of tmanagements hands at this point. Is there any right way or wrong way to get approval and uplisted, who knows? Nobody. Small company swimming with the FDA and BP in an ocean of beaurocrats.
