i think they had to pay it (as advised by dawson james securities) to get the last wheels to roll in the middle of the banquet....
this was the last pieces needed, the transparency is just overboard....and no stock was exchanged for this satisfaction (no stock was exchanged to satisfy this judgment )...
this is more than we deserve....they could have paid it in stocks of gnbt/ngio and diluted us some more...but didn't...which implies they are good with the cash....no????
