I don't believe anything the Russians say about their supposed vaccine, or claims they make about treatments that they supposedly developed. What this Veronica Skvortsova is saying is certainly NOT consistent with it being Brilacidin. Also, even they would not be foolish enough to claim credit for Brilacidin when it's so obviously an Amerikanski invention.
