While I've seen this video a couple of times now, I will point out something I believe Dr. Dalton has likely tapped into since that June 2019 forum...
Check out at the 25-minute mark where he brings up "Opportunity Funds" of $100-BILLION the government appropriated for the opioid crisis... remember this is an "Operation Hope" Hope Global Forums event which Dalton's son-in-law JHB leads...
