I thought I’d share it here.
“I did some research on how long Gilead took to report their top line results for Remdesivir Phase -3 trials. They started the trials on March 6, 2020 with 397 patients and the treatment period of 5 days (200 patients) and 10 days ( 197 patients). They reported the top line data on April 29th, 6 weeks and 2 days after the last patient received the drug for 10 days. As the CD-12 population was quite similar to Remdesivir trial, we can expect the top line data from CD-12 sometime next week, approximately 6 weeks after the last patient completed the 28 days period. As CD-12 trials had many more secondary end points, this may get further delayed by another week. As per Amarex website, they anticipate the data to be shared in Q1/2021, which will be in line with the current industry standard and above timelines.”
