Who knows how long shorting will continue. CSPAN is showing a congressional investigation happening live and they are not happy with Robinhood but mainly not happy with the ability to take from everyday investors and yet the wealth certified investors don’t have the same rules. The congressional members that are interviewing Citadel and Robinhood CEO’s are realizing there is much wrong with the system as the SEC rules need to be changed for the style of the new process of these investment houses and how they operate with free trades and how they work. They also realize that since investments in the stock market are easier to attain now that the playing field is NOT level for the average investor. There needs to be change coming is the realization.
