Press Releases vs Articles such as on Seeking Alpha
So companies generally rarely release a Press Release during market hours.
But ariticles such as from SA are released all day long, citing results from trials.
There seems to be an inconsistency there, or an incongruent comparison?
Also, if no PR during market hours, that seems to create an ideal set-up for shorts. Minutes before the market opens, if shorts don't see a PR release, then they can short CYDY with confidence that there won't be any substantial pressure hindering their efforts to short and thus to drive the share price down.
When shorts cover, the SP should bounce back, but it commonly does not, due to longs who have sold in fear and confusion and doubt.
