I think while they are in a state of limbo , the thought process may be no news is good news. They have been ripped on a few boards for too many PRs with no real news so there may be a sensitivity to that. They realize the vast majority of owners of the shares are retail, not investment houses . I think they are trying to listen to the shareholders and reduce press releases with no news
