Well, if nothing else makes sense then the price action of the last two weeks makes no sense too. But your logic is based on a shaky assumption that "If the trial had failed, we'd know it by now." Say, how about inconclusive results? Or let's say Nader... but I better keep to myself some less savory possibilities. For now price action is the only hard fact I have to calculate my risks.
