Concerning the volume and price, remember the heavy hitters don't buy penny stocks, no matter how good it sounds. I think most like me are spent out. Alot of hedge funs, etc won't touch a stock under $5.00. But they know. That's why don't sell all too quick-they may run this to $10.00 in no time.
