First of all, remember the FDA provides guidance about what data they want to see.
Use Google and look up transgenic mouse studies.
We are waiting to see if we make igG antibodies in the mice with the DR4 1 human allele. We really already know from the previous studies about the cd4, cd8 and giving long term immunity to a degree.
