Very frustrating. When watching the Filipino doctors roundtable, you realize that these guys are even worse off.
They have to wait for something to be proven effective, then if something does work, they know they're so far down on the list that they'll be waiting a year before seeing any meaningful quantities.
It's no wonder they ignore the WHO, etc, and just use whatever they can get their hands on.
