And was able to successfully resolve a ''sticky wicket" (that's British talk)

We are all upset about the long wait times
TDA is swamped with new customers switching brokerage firms
They are hiring thousands of new customer service reps
Each one MUST obtain a series 7 license B4 talking with clients
That takes times... I was once a series 3 Commodity Broker
What a chore it was to pass the test ! For stocks, just as tough

We must be content to know "WE" have the very best trading platform
That's why Charles Schwab acquired us
It will take 18 months to 2 years to complete the transaction
