This video was posted by Dr. Gaylis just a few hours ago and it discusses the leronlimab LH trial. At the 1:09 mark, Dr. Gaylis says, “So in the very near future we’re hoping to have FDA approval to begin studying leronlimab in our patients who have COVID longhaulers syndrome.” It appears that OTC’s DD was spot on and that the delay in screening and injecting patients is FDA approval of the protocol. I imagine they are fine tuning the endpoints as this is the first LH protocl and we do not want a repeat of the M2M protocol. Dr. Gaylis makes it sounds as if enrollment will start soon, so FDA approval of the protocol is likely around the corner.
