How can you say that. I wish it were true. The FDA can stamp NOT APPROVED if the vote goes against CYDY. They can come up with just pulling something out of the air.. I know I have been there with another company. When you ask them to explain the failure they ask you to put it in writing and when you do it goes down a deep hole and never comes out. I hope this does not happen to us but it would not surprise me. The only hope we have is that it has gotten a good amount of publicity therefore the FDA knows people will be demanding to see reasons. Second if they do that and we sell it to other countries and the results come back very positive the FDA will never be able to get out from under and I do not think Janet would want to be in that situation.
We will just sit and wait and hope that they( FDA) do not drag their feet and do the right thing.
