This lofty standard of yours is honored more in the breach than in the observance by you and by most of the nutters who post here.
As for my alleged disappointment, if the cop didn't die from a fire extinguisher to the head? No way to reasonably infer that from my posts.
THE overriding point is that he and 4 others died, and 150+ were injured, because of the actions of some real idiots who were incited by the f'ing idiot in chief.
57-43 is not a conviction, but by voting standards it's a majority vote and it's a conviction in the minds of a majority. Both in the Senate and in the nation at large.
