If the assay has 90% predictive value, we KNOW they will progress. The Lilly cocktail received EUA for those with "high risk for progression". Once the data comes out, we will see, maybe EUA without a trial. I know if I were mild and a positive assay for progression, I would fight for the drug and pay out of pocket, rather than wait till moderate or severe.
