The easiest way to decide whether or not the 3 defendants can post or mention anything about JBI or JB anywhere is to ask their defense attorney Fredrick Hawa, the very same guy who won 2 judgements against Ihub. Better yet just ask the moderator on SI who was listed as one of defendants. See what he tells ya, but looking at his posting history since May 25, 2012, it looks like he is adhering to the courts decision. If they break their code of forced silence they go to jail according to the terms set forth by the Welland Superior court judge. Have them post anything about JBI anywhere and I bet it wont be orange juice getting sqeezed out of their butts.
